Coconut or almond milk

Coconut palm sugar
(or cane sugar)

Cup
Kudzu

Pumpkin puree

sea salt

Pumpkin pie spice
(adjust to taste)
Instructions
Combine milk, sugar, kudzu, and puree in a medium sized pot on the stove.
Over medium heat whisk continuously until mixture begins to boil. Do your best to break up all the chunks so that the pudding thickens as it becomes smooth.
Add salt and spice (to taste).
Pour pudding mixture into ramekins.
Place in the refrigerator until cool and firm.
