I have to say that I love all the holiday lights up at this time of year. It just makes me feel so happy – all that twinkliness! Meanwhile in my yoga classes, I encourage students and fellow practitioners to remember that the holiday season isn’t just about giving or receiving. It’s actually about both since they create the complete cycle of reciprocity.
And in the holiday spirit, since you’ve all given so much to me with your time and enthusiasm for going and living gluten-free, I’ve decided to giveaway two lovely gift boxes of gluten-free food stuffs that will surely make your holidays all the more merry!
Plus, I’m launching a Gluten-Free Sugar Detox starting in early January here through Gluten Free School, so I’ve got to get this sweet giving out of my system now! Right?!?!

My gluten-free wish for 2012 is to be able to raise awareness about what it means to be gluten-free in my workplace and with friends, without getting agitated when they ask questions about why such-and-such food that is based on wheat flour isn’t gluten-free!
(I added you on Twitter – my handle is above, but my account is locked for privacy reasons. I liked you on FB also. 🙂 )
Oooo…that’s a good one! I’d love to hear more about why you feel yourself getting agitated… if you get a minute, either share here or email me through my contact form.
My GF wish for 2012 is to bake such remarkably tasty treats that my friends will be in shock & awe that they are GF!
I’ve now liked/followed you on Facebook & Twitter, too – looking forward to updates. 🙂
It’s always awesome when you do that…just make sure NOT to mention that they are GF up front. Let them love them first, then say, “Guess what? These are GF!”
My wish in 2012 is for my husband and I (since beginning our Gluten-free journey in 2011) is that we will feel even more health benefits with the new lifestyle, and that the fibromyalgia symptons will become something of the “past” and not in our current “present”. Thank you Jen for the enlightening tips you provide on Facebook and through email plus the seminars are extremely beneficial.
You are one of the best presents we have received thus far. (((hugggs)))
I’m hoping to give you and your husband even more helpful info in the new year! I’m so glad that we’ve crossed paths, Rene!

My GF wish for 2012 is to expand my library of “quick” GF recipes, so I can have something homemade (&GF) no matter how rushed I am.
Awesome! That’s a great one! Any particular meal – ie. breakfast, lunch, or dinner?

My 2012 wish is to create a menu plan that the entire family will enjoy so we can eat more meals together. Expecting baby #5 in 11 weeks and homeschooling the others, so I NEED to spend less time in the kitchen!
I like your page on FB!
Awesome Brandae! Congrats on baby #5….I can agree…less time in kitchen would be awesome. What type of meals does your family lean toward?
I liked your page on Facebook! Looking forward to all the wonderful content. -Alisa
Alisa, what is your Gluten Free wish for 2012?
My GF wish for this year is for my family to be more understanding and knowledgeable about Celiac’s. Rinsing the gravy off the beef does NOT make it okay for me to eat, mom!! 😉
and I have “liked” you on facebook!
Thanks for the opportunity! I’m vegan who has also been slowly transitioning to a gluten-free diet as well. My biggest battle has been gluten-free AND vegan baking! Hopefully I’ll get it right! A little packaged help wouldn’t hurt though ;0)
