Slow-Cooker Sausage Soup
I can’t exactly tell you why I ever thought it was a great idea to make soup with meatballs. However in moments of sheer desperation to get food ready for dinner, I tend to create random tasty dishes that I might not think of if I had time to plan them out. This was a very delicious accident that became a huge hit at my recent cooking classes this past Spring!

  1. Add all ingredients except beans to a slow cooker. Cook on high for 6 hours or on low for 8 to 9 hours.
  2. Once the soup is cooked, add the butter beans (and peas if you want), adjust seasonings and serve!
